The author Professor Thomas is a full time NHS oncologist, a teacher at Cambridge University and was lead investigator of the Pomi-t study, the Gut Health and COVID nutritional intervention study , the polybalm study, phyto-v study and several other internationally acclaimed nutritional intervention studies
